I began training with ETS my junior year of high school. When I walked in their doors I was a weak, constantly injured, and muscularly imbalanced athlete. Shortly after starting with them I began to build explosiveness, strength, and mobility, all of which allowed me to perform at a higher level on the field. Ultimately, I was fortunate enough to earn a scholarship and play lacrosse for Syracuse University, as well as move on to play the sport at the professional level. Looking back I can honestly say that none of that would have been possible without ETS. The attention to detail and the sport specific training is second to none, and the hard working, team oriented culture they have created unites all of their athletes toward a common goal. So if you are a lacrosse athlete or any athlete for that matter looking to improve and tap into your full potential, ETS is where you should be.
