Meet the director

David Ponath

  • DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

  • LEAD PERFORMANCE COACH

David, a native of Stillwater, MN, attended St. Croix Lutheran and was a three sport athlete and two time state champion in football. David went on to attend Luther College where he played football and earned his BS in Health and Fitness Promotion. After graduation, David accepted a role as a Graduate Assistant Football Coach at the University of Mary, where he served for two years and earned his MS in Kinesiology. After his time at the University of Mary, David started working for ETS Performance at their ETS St. Croix location where he served as a Performance Coach and was also in charge of running the Strength and Conditioning program at Stillwater HS. David is excited to be serving in the role of Director of Performance at ETS Central. He aims to not only provide elite performance training, but to also help mold the character of athletes in the greater Twin Cities area as well.
