RYAN + HEIDI ENGLEBERT

  • ETS Founders

  • Owners | Chippewa Valley

  • Co-Owners | East Metro, South MetrO, West Michigan

When Ryan and Heidi founded ETS in 2010, they had a vision of not only bringing cutting-edge training to the community to help develop better athletes, but also to help instill character traits that would serve those athletes well in life after athletics. Heidi excelled in soccer in high school, and played at the collegiate level at UW-Stout where she earned All-Conference and All-American honors. Ryan was a standout athlete in football, basketball and baseball in high school, and earned multiple D1 scholarship offers to play collegiate football. After starting his college career at the University of Wisconsin, and finishing it at UW-Stout, Ryan earned a spot in training camp with the Cincinnati Bengals. When his football career ended, Ryan found a new focus and passion in helping athletes reach their highest potential.

ZACH + MCKENZIE LINE

  • CO-OWNERs | WEST MICHIGAN

Zach and McKenzie believe that sports and coaching have an immense impact on the maturation process for athletes, and will benefit them well beyond their athletic careers.  That is why they are so excited to bring ETS to West Michigan. McKenzie excelled in basketball and rowing in high school, and earned a D1 scholarship from Southern Methodist University as a rower.  Zach was involved in both wrestling and football in high school, and earned a D1 scholarship to SMU to play football. Zach is currently enjoying playing fullback in the NFL, and has played four years with the Minnesota Vikings, and last season with the New Orleans Saints.  Sports will always be a huge part of their lives, but they have found no greater love than raising their two beautiful girls, Blake and Charlotte.

ALEX TASSOUL

  • DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

  • LEAD PERFORMANCE COACH

Growing up with a passion for sports and competing, Alex has developed a strong work ethic that has molded him into the person he is today. Being involved with numerous sports during his youth, Alex found his niche with basketball, football, and track during his high school years. He continued track at the collegiate level where he became an All-American and two-time National Qualifier. Studying health and human performance equipped Alex with knowledge and skills to help athletes take their performance to the next level.  He is extremely excited to provide these tools to help maximize their skills, but also to build character that will set them up for success, long after their athletic careers have ended.
