MEET THE DIRECTOR
Logan Masters

Logan grew up in Harmony, MN where he played any and every sport possible, before eventually focusing on basketball and football and finding a passion for training. After high school, he attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse where he studied Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Psychology. After college, interned at ETS Performance in Rochester, MN where he fell in love with the ETS way. Following his internship, he accepted a performance coach position that took him to Nashville, TN. After 2 years in Nashville, Logan returned to ETS and spent the last year at ETS Rochester where he has worked with over 500 athletes from all sports and ability levels from ages 8 through the professional ranks. He’s now passionate and excited to impact the Madison community and provide a true #UnCommon experience for all of the athletes that join the #ETSFam.
