MEET THE DIRECTOR

Zechariah Diemert

  • Director of Operations

  • Lead Performance Specialist

Zechariah comes to us from Washington State where he grew up in the Puget Sound and played 5 different sports growing up. Later he attended Eastern Washington University to study Exercise Science for his Bachelors and Sports Administration for his Masters Degree. While at Eastern Washington University Zechariah earned the opportunity to work with their D1 college athletes, where he learned from many strength and conditioning experts. During his four year stint at Eastern he worked primarily with Football, Track & Field, and Cross Country. Zechariah has the passion to teach athletes how to move their body in an efficient way and wants to instill how the weight room can be like an adult playground. Don’t misunderstand him, he wants the athletes to do concentrated work, but do so in a fun environment with peers and friends around. He seeks to keep a primary focus on moving well and building a foundation while also keeping it lively and progressing in an appropriate manner. Zechariah prides himself on wanting to not just put athletes through workouts but build relationships and a community while also teaching them along the way. Zechariah joined ETS in August of 2023 with his wife Mariah.
