We are seeking motivated Strength and Performance Specialists & Interns that are searching for a unique opportunity to work and flourish in the private sector of the Sports Performance industry. The ideal candidates would have a strong interest in working with youth, high school, college and professional athletes in an electric atmosphere utilizing proven next level training and business systems that continue to set ETS apart from the competition.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
The Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring the entire staff understands the appropriate ETS Training and Business Systems Philosophies and enforces compliance to these protocols. It is his/her responsibility to maintain a positive working relationship among staff, and create a positive culture for both the staff and athletes to excel and have the best experience possible at ETS.
PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST
ETS Performance Specialists are responsible for daily training session operations, athlete experience and overall growth of the facility. In addition, Performance Specialists are expected to be active in the community; working with schools, organizations and teams to positively impact as many youth athletes as possible.
INTERNSHIPS
ETS Performance Interns are active leaders during athlete training sessions. Upon completion of ETS certification and job performance our interns are equipped with the knowledge and expertise that can provide future opportunities and growth within the company.
