RYAN + HEIDI ENGLEBERT

  • ETS Founders

  • Owners | Chippewa Valley, NORTH CENTRAL, SOUTH CENTRAL

  • Co-Owners | East Metro, South MetrO, West Michigan

When Ryan and Heidi founded ETS in 2010, they had a vision of not only bringing cutting-edge training to the community to help develop better athletes, but also to help instill character traits that would serve those athletes well in life after athletics. Heidi excelled in soccer in high school, and played at the collegiate level at UW-Stout where she earned All-Conference and All-American honors. Ryan was a standout athlete in football, basketball and baseball in high school, and earned multiple D1 scholarship offers to play collegiate football. After starting his college career at the University of Wisconsin, and finishing it at UW-Stout, Ryan earned a spot in training camp with the Cincinnati Bengals. When his football career ended, Ryan found a new focus and passion in helping athletes reach their highest potential.

Spencer Ohm

  • co-Director of Operations - ETS CENTRAL

  • Lead Performance Specialist

Growing up in a small-town, Spencer was afforded the opportunity to play a big role as a three sport athlete and further his career collegiately and professionally. Which is how he was introduced to ETS back in 2011, just before his senior collegiate football season. It was then that he knew he not only found the right combination of culture and training to increase his competitive edge, but also a place of integrity, leadership, and an unparalleled dynamic atmosphere surrounded by other likeminded individuals that made him a better athlete and a better person. With the playing days well behind him, he has an immense passion for not only leading athletes, but helping them realize their own potential and go far and beyond what they thought might be possible on and off the field, which is why Spencer came back to ETS in August of 2017 and never looked back.
