Meet the Director
OSCAR WHITE
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
LEAD PERFORMANCE COACH
Oscar attended River Falls High School, where he was a multi-sport athlete playing football and running track. Without receiving any offers, Oscar decided to walk-on at the University of Dubuque football team where he became a 3-year starter while garnering first-team all-conference honors. Oscar began his journey at ETS in 2016 when he started taking his training to the next level in order to play professional football while also working as an intern. Throughout the process, Oscar developed a passion for helping youth athletes achieve their performance goals. Starting out as a ETS camp director for the East Metro bringing elite performance training to multiple high schools, he is excited to continue to make an impact around the East Metro providing athletes with an unmatched experience in performance training as well as helping young athletes develop psychologically.
