MEET THE DIRECTOR
Ally Richardson
Director of Operations
Lead Performance Specialist
Ally grew up in Northern Michigan as a basketball and volleyball athlete where she found passion in training, so she pursued her career at Central Michigan University where she received her Master of Science in Exercise Physiology. During her years at CMU, she worked with youth athletes, adult clients, Army ROTC Cadets, CMU’s Football and Gymnastics teams, and taught undergraduate Exercise Science courses. She also Minored in Nutrition, obtained her Precision Nutrition Level-1 Certification, and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Ally moved to Minnesota in 2022 to join ETS and since has been able to impact others across multiple locations. She is now determined to bring greatness to the Grand Rapids areas while helping athletes bring greatness out of themselves.
