Individualized Performance Training to maximize strength, speed, mobility and energy system development.  Both onsite and offsite options are available for in-season and off-season athletes.


 

ETS DYNAMIC MOVEMENT PREPARATION: 

The ETS Dynamic Movement Preparation Plan (DMPP) uses neuromuscular specific exercises to prepare the body for activity while addressing bio-motor abilities that are commonly used during sports.

LINEAR SPEED + TECHNICAL MASTERY: 

Maximize acceleration and max speed potential while learning proper mechanics to move as efficiently as possible.

LATERAL SPEED + MOVEMENT MASTERY: 

Learn and apply the techniques of how to move laterally by absorbing force and becoming a master of movement.

DECELERATION: 

Learn how to stop efficiently and safely as well as softly when jumping to avoid injury.

STRENGTH: 

Personalized Strength movements that will meet each athlete exactly where they are at.  Our multi-dimensional training systems include customized options for all that guarantee to produce unmatched results.

POWER: 

Ability specific plyometric and medicine ball work to enhance explosiveness.  When ready, athletes will also take part in our ETS Vertical & Horizontal Load to Explode training systems to maximize total body power output.

ENERGY SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT:

Sport specific “conditioning” will be implemented into each athlete’s program if or when it is appropriate.

PREHAB: 

Identify and correct muscular imbalances before an acute injury occurs.

REGENERATION + NUTRITION EDUCATION:

Information on how to recover properly after each training session to help maximize training gains.

MOBILITY: 

Ability specific mobility program that will address and eliminate various movement deficiencies.  This is also very important to help promote recovery after training.
