MEET THE DIRECTOR
Dominic esposito
Director of Operations
Lead Performance Specialist
Dom grew up with a passion for sports and competition which was fueled by a long line of collegiate athletes in his family. After receiving all-state honors in football and baseball, Dom chose to play baseball at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside where he graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology and Sports Performance and a minor in Coaching. During his time at the university, he was fortunate enough to intern under his strength and conditioning coach, while also working part-time in Lake Geneva for what is now ETS Lake Geneva. From his time at ETS, he fell in love with providing each individual athlete a unique experience to help them grow not only in their sport performance, but also future leaders for their teams, schools, and communities. Dom’s mission is to bring an uncommon training experience and culture to ETS Racine County and to help maximize each athlete’s full potential.
