Evaluation Process Overview

Our evaluation process is designed to assess your athlete's readiness. It includes a warm-up, movement screening, and performance tests using VALD technology.

1. Is the training 1:1 or in a group setting?

Our training is delivered in a small-group environment, not 1:1 personal training. Every athlete follows a personalized program based on their evaluation results, goals, age, and sport, while receiving hands-on coaching from our elite staff.

2. What is the cost of training?

Pricing varies by location and by the training prescription recommended for your athlete after their initial evaluation. Every athlete has different needs, age, sport, goals, and training frequency. This means their plan and membership options are customized accordingly. 3. What ages do you train?

We train athletes as young as 8 through professional and collegiate levels. Programs are divided by age and developmental stage to ensure safety, challenge, and appropriate progression.

4. Do you work with all sports?

Yes. ETS specializes in multi-sport athletic development. Our systems improve speed, strength, power, and movement, skills that directly translate across every sport.

5. What kind of results should we expect?
