Meet the Director

Erik Grimm

• Director of operations

• lead performance specialist

Erik grew up in Mequon, WI where he played any and every sport he could get his hands on. After attending Homestead High School, he narrowed his sports focus to football and wrestling, becoming a captain of both teams his senior year. One of his favorite and most memorable accomplishments was winning the Division 1 State Championship in football his senior year. After earning a scholarship, Erik continued his football career at Minnesota State University – Mankato.

In 2013, Erik began working in the fitness industry and found his passion for working with athletes and making an impact in their lives, both on and off the playing field. His “why?” that continues to motivate him each day is helping kids excel in ALL aspects of their life and to be a mentor for them.
